Duo training is excellent choice if you want the advantage of what the one on one private session offers but want to come in with a friend or partner at a lower cost or just having fun quality time with your partner. Highly qualified Trainer will instruct you using all the necessary equipments making sure to create a workout that suits both individuals.

GROUP
TRAINING

Collective classes are great for those interested in working out as a group. Maximum of 8 persons a class. All-level classes are based on Pilates principles, supplemented with modifications, inspiring music and little equipments - magic circles, sticks, elastics, weights, rollers, balls, MOTR - to add a challenge and fun. Our dedicated and highly skilled instructor will determine the sessions by clients availabilities, which improve Your wellbeing and guarantee the best results.

The Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Barrels and small equipment complete the Pilates exercise system. Each apparatus adds an extra dimension to private or group work. Our studio is equipped to give you a full equipment experience, with an array of props and equipment (Pilates machines, small props & CoreAlign), so you will learn the vast options of Pilates and CoreAlign exercises, how to use your body better, and focus your mind for improved health and fitness.
CoreAlign® Training

The CoreAlign® training stimulates core stability muscles to fire in perfect timing while performing challenging exercises, stretches and core controlled aerobic training. Give your clients a unique exercise experience to improve gait, posture, balance and functional movement. Clients at all fitness levels will feel the difference. CoreAlign exercises resemble movements in life, like walking and running, which give instant feedback and get you to turn your body on. You’ll address common imbalances in areas of the body — lower back, hips, legs, spine — which can result from our modern lifestyle of too much sitting. MOTR®Training

The MOTR combines the core training of Pilates, the strength and power of aerobic conditioning, the functional exercises of a pulley system and the balance and release exercises of a foam roller. MOTR is the ideal compliment to a Pilates training, performing fun and functional exercises with MOTR will improve balance, aerobic capacity, strength and flexibility .

If You are interested in group training, You have to collect Your own group by yourselves. Because each group is limited in size (3-6), you'll get individualised attention. Plus, groups are fun and motivating, since you develop an ongoing relationship with your instructor and the other students in your group!
